We had lots of fun using slates and chalk to write on, making peace poppies and flags and enjoying the country dancing.

We have been learning about instructions in Literacy. We began by making spells in class and then writing up the instructions of how we made them. We also had a great time following instructions to make craft activities and learnt that you had to follow
The children had a great time in fitness week. Many tried yoga for the first time and they all enjoyed the five minute work outs in class and challenging themselves in circuit training.

Habitats In Science we have been looking at ‘Living Things and Their Habitats’. We researched habitats: climates, plants and animals and then produced ‘shoebox habitats’. We also looked at microhabitats and went on a mini-beast hunt in the school grounds to compare microhabitats.
